At present he is Professor & Head, Applied Sciences Department, Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technology & Research, Delhi. Earlier he has taught at Delhi Yechnological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering). He is a life member of Materials Research Society of India and is actively involved in research in the fields of ferroelectric and superconducting materials.
