The names are generated by the system using the job name, number and a spooled file number. That's so they're uniquely named. There are a few easy to change attributes in a spooled file (like user data) but that's it. I see this type of project a lot. Claro router key generator. I would think it would be a heckuva lot easier (and cheaper) to modify the report to close then reopen a spooled file breaking on customer number. This makes your multiple reports.
