Can anyone help me with the torque settings for the cylinder head & cams on my 1.3 jtd doblo. 3.8-4.2 daNm 90 then 90 da is basically x10 so you are looking at between 38 and 42Nm So I suspect you torque all of them up to 40Nm in the specific pattern then add 90 to each in the same pattern and then 90 one more time. As you can see they give different values for different bolts if you need them all please let me know and I will add the complete list. Hope this helps Dan __________________ fiat.

I appreciate this topic has been discussed at length in previous threads but I have discovered a new problem with the doblo tailgate central locking. When I first got my 2005 dynamic I found the usual issue of a stiffsticky tailgate lock after cleaning the old grease and relubricating it then worked perfectly. Recently I noticed that again he tailgate would not lock from the keyfob I again checked Few pages from the central locking section of the doblo elearn manual may help. Dear all I have just acquired a 1.4 doblo 8V Dynamic although its anything but dynamic. I have two things happening that I think may be related. Opening and closing the throttle causes the gear lever to move up to 2 inches for and aft. You can feel a thump through the chassis. At the same time there is clutch judder which is almost impossible to manage.
I can just about get it to pull away smoothly Gear lever should not be moving like that at all and as you suspect that must be why theres judder. Theres no haynes manual only elearning book thing eg on ebay but be careful most dont cover 1.4 Originally Posted by johnhififan Gear lever should not be moving like that at all and as you suspect that must be why theres judder. Theres no haynes manual only elearning book thing eg on ebay but be careful most dont cover 1.4 John am i still new to the Marque so i am likely to ask daft questions. Do you know if this enginebox combination is fitted to any other fiat vehicle. I think the cam belt has gone on my 1.9 turbo diesel anyone know if this is likely to have caused major damage to valves on this model Ive done quite a few HGs over the years & wherever possible Ive left the inlet manifold on - mainly because Ive found it harder to remove them than pulling the leadshoses etc. If you do have the inlet off make sure you remove all traces of gasket from both surfaces before reassembly (which can be a pig to do).
May be too late now but I would recommend taking some decent quality pics of where each lead & hose goes - especially ones that terminate out of sight. You might never need the pics but always useful. As for workshop manuals do a google search for elearn doblo manual to get a downloadable copy (so Im told). Hi there I was hoping some of you experts may be able to shed some light on a problem I have with my van. Its an 08 1.3 Deisel Multijet doblo.
I find when over 2k and lift off the accelerator then apply a small amount of throttle at around 1.6 - 1.8k there is a very brief judder or flat spot. Its not something that stops the van working and have taken back the to main dealers who are pants and of course EGR would be the area to look at. You need your dealer to follow service news on elearn system. To correctly diagnosis fault. Or remove EGR seperate clean and dry. And fit the modified holed EGR plate to reduce the judder.
