Microsoft Office 2010 Installation Error 1920 Microsoft

Hello, I attempted to install a legitimate copy of Office 2010 (x86) onto my copy of Windows 10 Pro (x64) and it gave me the title message here for this forum. To ensure it wasn't just the x86 copy of Microsoft Office 2010 that was causing the problem. I also attempted to install a legitimate copy of Office 2010 (x64) and the same 1920 'Office Software Protection Platform' error had occurred. I have already researched this and attempted to try these solutions with no success. This one suggested to enable network service for the OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform ' icacls 'C: Program Files Common Files Microsoft Shared OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform' /grant 'Network Service:F' /t' this did not work.

This one suggested to edit the registry and the folder permission settings for 'Program Data' and 'Microsoft Shared' settings to include the 'NETWORK SERVICE' localgroup. This still did not work.
